The combined TWG/Uniworld joint venture offers clients the support of nearly 20 professionals with a range of capabilities, relevant expertise and Chinese language support. The key senior professionals comprising the team are presented below.

Barry Valentineis a TWG Senior Advisor and has more than 40 years of aviation experience as a consultant, business executive, airport manager, and FAA executive. Most recently Barry served as SVP for International Affairs for the General Aviation Manufacturers Association. From 1993 to 1998 he held several top positions at the FAA including Acting Administrator and Assistant Administrator for Policy, Planning, and International aviation. Mr. Valentine’s extensive aviation background also includes having held the positions of Director of the Portland (Maine) International Jetport, and Director of Aeronautics for the State of Maine. He has been an active pilot for over 45 years and was awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross and four Air Medals for his outstanding service in Vietnam. He has served on the Board of Governors of the Aero Club of Washington, the Board of Directors of the Experimental Aircraft Association and the Advisory Board of Women in Aviation International. Mr. Valentine received his Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and his Aeronautical Rating from the US Air Force.
